Fundamentals
The best place to start
Fundamentals is the starting point for every new training member at MOVE GST. It is a 5-session private coaching series — plus two Stretch Series classes — designed to build the foundational movement patterns before any external load is introduced. All new training members complete Fundamentals before joining group classes or personal training.
What you'll get
- ✓Master bodyweight control before adding external load
- ✓Build lasting joint mobility and positional awareness
- ✓Establish movement patterns that prevent injury long-term
- ✓Receive a personal baseline assessment from an expert coach
- ✓Lay the foundation for group classes, personal training, or any program you choose next
This is for you if…
- →You are new to structured fitness training
- →You are returning after an injury or an extended break
- →You have trained before but want to reset your foundations properly
- →You are joining MOVE GST for the first time — this is where every new training member begins
Each session builds a specific layer of your foundation. Day 1 covers lower body mechanics; Day 2 upper pressing patterns; Day 3 rotator cuff health and hanging strength; Day 4 spine, core, and introductory acrobatics; Day 5 barbell technique, plyometrics, and hip flexibility. Two Stretch Series classes are included to deepen your range of motion throughout.
Every session is led by a coach who assesses your current baseline and adjusts the curriculum to your history, mobility, and goals. You finish the program with a clear technical standard — and the confidence to train hard without guessing.
